“Bishop”

“Bishop” has a reputation for turning double agents. Also, she is a go-to if someone needs any black-market products or “skilled labor”

Our informant shared that Bishop was planning to meet with a contact, but didn’t observe her ever contacting the vendor using the founder, Cindy, for their brand name. “Cindy” must have been code for something, since Bishop only took a call after she ordered some wings. Maybe “Cindy” somehow referenced the Chicago origin of the vendor?
